Greetings, I have a Masters of Science degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine. I combine this knowledge with kinesiology to identify areas of energetic imbalance and to search for solutions that restore balance to the system. This type of work allows me to create personalized care for each individual which may include supportive nutraceuticals and/or lifestyle modifications (eating, sleeping, exercise/activity level, and relaxation, etc) to help restore balance and function.
