A doctor's referral is not required.

We happily provide you with a claim form for chiropractic services received.  You can submit this to your insurance company so that they may reimburse you directly.  We are a cash practice and therefore do not accept assignment from any insurance companies.

Appointments can be made by calling the office during our normal business hours.  The initial visit is spent gathering information pertaining to your health history, current issues, and goals for seeking treatment.  Patients are encouraged to bring prior imaging studies and blood labs with them to this initial visit.  Plan to spend ~ 1 1/2 hours in the office for this first visit.
